All Refunds + Exchanges done are through store credit only.
Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry, personal items, underwear, lingerie, swimwear and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
The items must be in new condition, with tags attached.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items!
No exceptions : if a package comes back for any reason, such as invalid address, unpaid custom charges etc- store credit is the only refund option- please advise.
We do suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on your return items. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you received a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving that item. We will issue you a prepaid return label for you to mail back the defective item. Store credit and/or a replacement will be issued.
Exchanges: Any exchanges will be issued an e-gift card code which can be entered at checkout to be applied towards the desired exchange. Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping.
